I would guess 'miracle on 34th street' to be her first real movie role where she had a speaking part

Natalie Wood's first movie was "Miracle on 34th Street" in which she played the young daughter of the female lead. She asked Kris Kringle for a house for Christmas which they acquired at the end of the movie. Sparrow P.S. I think I'm right.
