I saw a preview on At the Movies, I think, showing Bond cornered by a tiger in the jungle, and Bond says "siT", with a big explosive sound for the "T", simultaneously raising his right hand. I almost fell down laughing. Do most people get this joke? Jim Heliotis Rochester!heliotis seismo!rochester!heliotis allegra!rochester!heliotis

I don't get the siT joke. Please explain.

As I understand the siT joke: Barbara whats her name from Englannd has the number 1 rated show in England on how to train dogs. The siT technique is something that she espouses as a way to get the animal to obey.

The "inside" joke is that Barbara Woodhouse recommends an emphasis on the T sound when training dogs ("Doggies love the T sound.") Cute reference, but I wouldn't have called it an inside joke. Jim McParland ABI - HO hou5e!jjm
