.
Does anyone know if there is a soundtrack to Risky Business out? I went to
record stores a couple of weeks after the movie, and they said it would be
out soon, but I haven't seen one. Thanks.

There is an import version of the Risky Business soundtrack available,
which apparently has most of the great (best they've done in years)
Tangerine Dream soundtrack plus Bob Shrieker singing "Old Time Rock n'
Roll" in his underwear (you know what I mean).

Risky Business should be re-dubbed in pseudo-French and given pretentious
"English-translation" subtitles. We did this while watching it on video
one day, realizing that there is so much material that looks like it should
have been in a French movie.

[WIND BLOWS OUTSIDE; BICYCLE FALLS DOWN, REPRESENTING JOEL'S PENDING LOSS OF
	INNOCENCE] {deep!}

Girl walks in to Joel's house.

"Young man, your bicycle has fallen down outside. Shall I pick it up for you?"

"No, it represents the loss of my innocence. I shan't be riding it again."

"Oh, I see. Shall I take off my clothes?"

"No, the wind will do what needs to be done."

[Just being silly... I DID like Risky Business. It's the sort of movie that
draws you in even though you realize it's ridiculous in plot. Sort of
 suspension of suspension of disbelief.]
