I have the option of buying (very cheaply) a SVGA card made by Genoa Systems Corp. of San Jose CA. I wish to program the card in the high-res 256 colour modes. Does anyone know if this card is compatible with any of the more popular cards ? (eg Orchid, Paradise, Video & etc). Has anyone heard of Genoa corp ? Thanks, HB

I have a Genoa SuperVGA, model 5100 card. I am *very* happy with it. They are local to me, still very much in business, and offer a tech-line to call. It takes them about a day to return calls though, and the switchboard is all that horrid automated voice-mail type of system. -- <*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*> Anne (SheDevil) Mitchell Prisk - Stanford Law - BBS: 415-FAT-GRID,1200,N,8,1 No disclaimer necessary as this is *my* account, and besides - nobody would ever accuse anyone else of having these opinions anyway!
