I talked to Storage Dimensions last week for information on upgrading my Universal edition of Speedstor. Anyway, I thought that I might pass on what I learned. Speedstor will no longer be sold as a seperate product by Storage Dimensions, so the only way to get is as part of a hardware/software package offering by them. The salesman claimed that too much of their support personnels' time was being taken up by questions on how to get Speedstor to work with exotic configurations. Present owners can upgrade their Speedstor software to the latest level (6.03 or something like that) for $28 plus their original disks. You can reach them at 408-879-0300.
