[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Loading the bootstrap with Novelle resident in memory.

I would like to know if anyone has successfully loaded the bootstrap with
Novelle resident in memory.  We have found that Int19h works really well
on our machines here, but we've also found that Novelle is not congenial
with this interrupt.  Has anyone out there experienced a similar problem?
