[comp.sys.ibm.pc] R:BASE 3.0 --- is it really this slow?

	Has anyone else been using R:BASE 3.0?  I find it very slow on a
16Mhx 386 with 4 meg and it hates Desqview (totally locks the
comuputer).  Are these real problems or am I doing something wrong.
