	A grip moves the camera supports (ie tripods, dollies)
and will construct structures onto which lights and cameras
may be placed, but he does *not* move lights.
The electricians move lights.

	Grips use "flags", and other devices to prevent any light
from striking the glass of the lens in a direct path from its
source.

	They do this unless told otherwise by the DOP.
