Hi, folks! I'm looking for pointers to really good books on programming EGA/VGA hardware. Ideally, I'd like a well-organized, comprehensive tract which covers: - How to deal with all the different kinds of cards intelligently (writing flexible and powerful display software) - How to use all the modes - SuperVGA bank-switched graphics etc... If you know of a book or books that would fit the bill, please zap me a note via email. I just subscribed to this group, so forgive me if this topic has been discussed sixteen million times before...
