[net.movies] zellig - see it

Just got back from the new Woody Allen film, "Zellig"

A previous review said the humour was good, but subtle.
I really enjoyed this film, and also had a great laugh.
It was meaningful and contained much of the true Allen
genius for comedy. It isn't full of gags like "Love and Death"
(None of his films for the past several years have been of this type)
But I suspect people who only like his "early funny ones"
(if you understand that quote, you have seen more than his early
funny ones) will enjoy this film too.

The production is great too. The film is set in the past, and Allen
is put into lots of old clips quite well. Astounding makeup too.
