[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Wanted: GCC and RCS binaries

Hi.

   I would like to know if there is an ftp site that has the binaries for
GCC and RCS for MS-DOS ???

   I got RCS from wsmr-simtel20.army.mil but it does not work properly:
The (probably) getlogin() calls returns a null pointer hence the author
of a file is set to "(null)". RCS chokes on the '(' when parsing the RCS
file and cannot register the locks properly.
