I'm moving from the Atari world to the PC world, and I'm wondering how much of my current environment I can take with me. Is a full TeX/LaTeX/BibTeX available for PCs? Commercial? Public domain? What kind of hardware do I need to run LaTeX comfortably? Is there a PC version of gnu emacs? Other reasonably rich emacses?
