Is there a standard for using extended memory? A memory block usage table, or, some kind of free space pool, or, something? I am trying to move data into extended memory for easy access but I do not know how to tell whats being used already (VDISK, TDH386.SYS, etc.) I have a 386, Phoenix BIOS, and C&T chipset. I am using DOS 3.3. Does DOS 4.x address this issue at all? Will DOS 5? Thanks for your time We must prevent those commies from compromising the integrity of our precious bodily fluids. -Gen. Jack D.
