[comp.sys.ibm.pc] UUENCODE/UUDECODE? What's the version?

What version of UUENCODE/UUDECODE is currently being used by people?  I just
got version 2.7 and was wondering how this compares to the current version. 
If I am really behind, could someone use 2.7 and Email me a current copy?
