[comp.sys.ibm.pc] VGA Screendump to IBM Proprinter? PostScript?

We're looking for a program to let us do a screendump from
either a Paradise VGA card or
a Video Seven VEGA VGA card (in a 386 clone)
to an IBM Proprinter and/or PostScript.
Any recommendations eagerly sought: both commercial and public domain.
This is for simple monochrome two-d graphics, grey-scaling not required.
