Does anyone happen to know where I can ftp KBD [by Mark Perkle]?

This program locks out the Numlock and Scrolllock keys- I need it because
NotaBene goes crazy when I activate the Numlock.  KBD seems to be the best way
to make sure this doesn't happen.
