Loading small resident programs between 640 - 1meg is a problem, or perhaps it's something totally different, but, my internal clock was thrown off kilter, QAPlus wouldn't run, and various other symptoms occurred when I had Desqview 386 installed in some fashion on my 386 clone with 4 meg RAM. Is there a secret to allocating hi memory for desqview use? So far, due entirely to these installation hassles, I'm not using Desqview, nor am I using my extended/expanded (whatever) memory. Can someone recommend a good book as a reference for installing/using Desqview?
