[comp.sys.ibm.pc] ImageWriter driver for MS-Word needed

As the title suggests, I am in need of a printer driver for MS-Word to
drive the Apple ImageWriter I.  If none exists, I will use the Makeprd
utility, but thought I'd try the net first.
