As I mentioned in an earlier post, Egghead is selling a book on MSDOS 5.0
published by Que - for $9.95.

What I'm actually after is the Microsoft/IBM TDOS 5.0 Technical
reference manual or (even better) an updated version of Undocumented
Dos by Schuleman(sp?).

How do things like the shell, file system, etc., compare to the version
available under IBMDOS 4.00?

Yeah, Egghead is selling a book on MSDOS 5.0 for $9.95...Unfortunately
its a "Learning to use MSDOS 5.0..." type of book...I think David is
looking for something a bit different, like a "MSDOS 5.0 Technical
Reference Manual". For some strange reason, I just don't think the
book Egghead is selling will quite fit the bill...
