chenina@rhrk.uni-kl.de (Robert Chenina [Chemie]) (06/24/91)

	Hi there!

I'm looking for a simple but efficient PD editor for the IBM.
	Every suggestion will be welcome.
			Thanx.

I recommend FreEmacs strongly. It's available on wuarchive.wustl.edu
in the /mirrors/msdos/freemacs directory. Also, VDE15 is a good
editor if you're more accustomed to WordStar as opposed to Emacs.

You might investigate 'TED3.COM' from ZIF publishing the publishers
of PC Magazine. This is shareware (freeware?) available on many
bulletin boards.

    Hello,
There is an ibm version of vi available on tau.sm.luth.se, it appears
to be quite good. (Depends on how much you like vi! :) )

There is also qedit which is another Wordstar clone, this is good
especially because it can divide the screen vertically into windows.

I <think>, I know enough to ship either to you, if you are interested.

    See ya,
    Peter Cupit.
