American Graffiti Revisited:
An interesting thing about this movie was that at its time of release
the only actor in it that I had ever seen before was Ron Howard. The rest were
complete unknowns and I think the only reason that they had Ron was to prove
that they actually shot the movie and not just dug it up from the archives.
Since then a surprising number of the "unknowns" have gone on to become
stars in TV and Movies. Does anyone have a list of who started out their
careers in this flick.

Nobody "started out their career" in this movie, but it
was quite a cast of unknowns and little-knowns, to wit:
Richard Dreyfuss
Ron Howard
Cindy Williams
Mackenzie Phillips
Suzanne Sommers (in the white corvette)
Paul LeMat (later in Melvin and Howard)
and of course
George Lucas (as your director)
FF Coppola (as your producer)
