Does the AT&T Hot Line have an email address? Obviously they do but it may be for internal use only. If they aren't accessible for email inquiries I'd like to propose that they consider it. If not direct access then I's propose that they post items of general interest to the net. Digital Research (not attempting a comparison) posts bugs, fixes, and techniques to CompuServe and it's quite useful for handling the questions of general interest and nature. You can also email (with the appropriate fee paid) their tech support and get email replies. It would be very useful to report gnawing problems or things of a non-emergency nature and get an eventual authoritative response. Presumably there would be some accounting problem to track time spent, etc. but someone could publish the ground rules and I'm sure that those of us who would use the facility would comply. Any Hot Liner's out there with opinion/reaction? -- Bill Kennedy {cbosgd | ihnp4!petro | sun!texsun!rrm}!ssbn!bill
