I would like to use a spreadsheet on a 7300/3B1. However, one requirement is that I be able to read in and work on spread sheets others have created with Lotus 123, and that I be able to write out spread sheets that others can then read in and work on with Lotus 123. Clearly, one way to do this is to purchase a DOS co-processor card, and run Lotus 123 on it. However, I notice that the spreadsheet in Smart Software is advertised as being able to read and write Lotus 123 files, and if it can really do that, it would be a more economical alternative (quite apart from not having to *ouch* use DOS). Does anyohe have any experience with Smart Software <-> Lotus 123 compatibility? What features of Lotus 123 spreadsheets can Smart Software not deal with? In particular, can Smart Software deal with the Lotus 123 macro capability? Thanx muchly, in advance, for your replies.
