I have a companion set of a printer script and filter for the 6300 PLUS
that will allow pagination of output, line numbering, and page headings.
They were written for an Okidata 2350 printer but the primary difference
is in the control codes for pitch change, etc. The same filter works
with my Diablo 620 daisy printer. I'll be glad to send them to anyone
who needs them. They arose out of my frustration with the filters and
scripts for every printer in the world *other* than just a plain old
stupid tty. They are functional, not elegant.
