..> Reliability of 3B1 and 7300 UNIX PCs, AT&T service I've had no problems with reliability (yet), but I cannot help but wonder if the people who have reported good AT&T service are not all multiple system users - labs with 8 computers, offices, etc. AT&T definitely seems to be more oriented towards the corporate customer, rather than the home computer owner. One AT&T operator asked me to make up a name or give my employer's name, because she had to have a company affiliation; there was no provision for "Home Computer" on the customer contact form she had to fill out.
