I'm posting this for a friend who has no access to netnews. I hope this is the right newsgroup... He is looking for who to contact to obtain this program, and receive updates to the database. He does not need the source code. He has tried AT&T marketing, with no luck. Please reply directly to him via e-mail, to one of the the addresses listed below. Thanks! Trying to track down the distribution source for a program that is copyrighted by AT&T in 1986. It has recently appeared on Detroit area MS/PC-DOS BBS's under the names: ZIPPHONE and ZP. The program and it's data files are useful for translating zipcodes/areacodes/exchanges in a variety of permutations. Interested in learning if editions beyond v1.2 exist ... and what the source of the distribution might be! It is not the effort of a casual programmer as it seems to use bcd for improved performance. replies via compuserve to 73367,1336 or to attmail!llgal12!eranz -- rms Internet: rms@gubba.spdcc.com UUCP: {ihnp4,harvard,husc6,linus,ima,bbn,m2c}!spdcc!gubba!rms Compuserve: 71360,1067 BIX: richsands
