I've been informed that my 3B2/300 uses a ST-506 interface for it's controller. What I'm now wondering is if it will support a 2nd hard drive? Could I get an external hard drive and run a ribbon cable outside the box? Thanks again for the info, Ewan Grantham -- Ewan Grantham (601) 354-6454 ext. 452 Miss. Dept. of Corrections You are indeed correct...the controller on the System Board of the 3B2/3x0/400 does indeed support two drives. Expansion is quite simple and can be done with little effort. Rather than go into detail here why not just give me a call (see signature) or email. I can give you some direction and then you can decide the path you will take. If there is enough interest I will of course post to the net.
