So, here I am working on a project at work that is using an Amd 7990 LANCE chip. I've been posting to the net looking for driver source for reference, blah, blah, blah. I was going throught the UNIXpc tech ref and lo and behold! The ethernet board for the UNIXpc uses the same chip! Thinks I: wouldn't it be nice to also have a working hardware reference? Soooooooo, Does ANYONE out there have an Ethernet board fro the UNIXpc that they would be willing to sell? Please note that I am working as a contractor for this company, and there is no way they're going to buy a board for my home computer. The part number is 405198854. One other important question: Can this board support all four combinations of Ethernet vs IEEE 802.3, Protocol vs Signaling? Anyone who has had experience with this board, PLEASE e-mail me. While I'm asking, does anyone have an Expansion Unit (405176785)?
