[comp.sys.att] porting ARC to unix-pc

Okay, I give up.  I have all the sources to ARC, and tried building it
on my 3B1.  Everything compiled okay, but when a create an archive, and
then try and extract from it, the file is corrupted.  Anyone have any
suggestions?

I ported it once from the comp.sources.unix archive sources to System V,
and had it working.  Then my UNIX-PC up and destroyed it's hard disk.  What fun.
And me without a backup.

I might be able to get the sources back from some people I distributed this
program to.  If not, I will be re-porting the program.  I would be happy
to post the resulting sources to unix-pc.sources.
