What does one do when they call the parts line and though one has
a valid part number,the voice on the other end of the phone says:

"Sorry,we don't have a listing of that number" .. 

This can be irritating when you have a part in you hand that has
the part number stamped on the packaging or have a known good number.

This is a real flaw in parts support policy for Non-AT&T entities who
cannot order through internal channels.

I have been trying to obtain several items for at least a year.I have valid
part numbers yet can't get anywhere.
