[comp.sys.att] AT&T 6300 Battery backed-up clock interrupts?

13001_6035@uwovax.uwo.ca (03/09/89)

Does anyone know how to access the clock/calendar chip on an AT&T 6300?
I have just switched to a nonAT&T DOS and need a way of accessing the battery- backed up clock.

You can grab a little program off of simtel20 that'll set the DOS
clock from the hardware clock. There are two directories that'll be
of help, pd1:<pc-blue.vol242> which is all AT&T 6300 stuff, and
pd1:<msdos.compatibles>, which has a copy of the clock setting program
if you don't want to wade through all of volume 242.
