Does anybody know anything about the Deep Purple reunion ? I just heard about it myself. It appears that the lineup that produced such songs as "Highway Star", "Space Trucking" and of course "Smoke on the Water" have dropped what they were doing and regrouped. This means that Ritchie Blackmore and Roger Glover have disbanded Rainbow just when the band appeared to have made it. That's too bad. Also, Ian Gillan has left black Sabbath, Jon Lord has left Whitesnake, and Ian Paice has left Gary Moore. This could be great, but it could also be a big flop. "My Woman From Tokyo" is over ten years old now. Times have changed. They were one of the biggest bands then, but I don't think It'll be quite as easy this time.
