Will the 4/16 MB Memory board that ships for the 6386E/33s (Comcode
406130534, PE Code 37337) work in the old 16 MHz 6386 WGS?

No, no, a thousand times no. The AT32 bus connector in the 6386/33 is an
86 pin connector, as compared to the PCET bus, which has only 40 connectors
in the 32 bit extension. The pinouts are documented on page 4-7 of the
6386/33 Hardware Reference Manual.
