[comp.sys.att] Does color work "properly" on 6386 WGS under Unix 4.0?

There is a known problem with color under Unix 3.2.2, that doing a curses
clear() clears the screen to black (as opposed to the background color).

Has someone tried this under Unix 4.0 on a 6386 WGS that can tell me that
this is or is not fixed?
