How about double features that are mismatched, but showing around town? I heard on the radio this morning that over the weekend in Santa Rosa, the early show and the later show was: Smurfs (one of their movies)/ Star 80 at Hillsdale Mall, too, the early show and the later show was: Smurfs: The Magic Flute/ Scarface how is that for kids who like to stay for the second feature? audrey ishizaki hplabs!ishizaki References: <6138@uiucdcs.UUCP>

A local cinema here in Denver, the Ogden Theatre, has been running a contest on this topic for the past month or so, giving away free passes to the people submitting the best unbelievable double feature. They haven't sent out the results yet (I'll post them when they do), but they did have some suggestions on the sorts of double features they are looking for. They suggested, as a pairing that actually existed: Bambi/The Texas Chainsaw Massacre I also liked the one that came across the net about a month ago: Hair/Shampoo -- dave bauer (303)538-4482 AT&T Information Systems Laboratories, Denver ihnp4!druca!dlb 11900 N.
