I need an answer to the question " Will AT&T support System V on IBM PS/2
Model 80 PC's and if not are they planning to" I can be reached at

The answer is no and no.

I believe there are, in fact, some incompatabilities.

Since AT&T has committed only to the ISA and EISA architectures,
I wouldn't expect them to support Microchannel-based machines. On the
other hand, Interactive, SCO and others *do* offer MC implementations
of their UNIX V products.
