[net.movies] Police Academy/ The Stand

Please don't see this movie.

In my opinion, it is terrible. I cannot believe that I actually
paid to see it. I was expecting something like "Airplane", but
it simply wasn't comparable. Oh well.

Also, has anyone heard anything of George Romeros film version
of Stephen King's epic novel "The Stand". 
The last I heard, he was trying to cut it from eight hours to 
three. Hope to see it soon.
