[comp.sys.att] Commands with no man page???

SV/386 R3.2.2 manual says that 'idbuild(1M)' calls
/etc/conf/bin/idconfig and /etc/conf/bin/idmkunix, but there is no
documentaion for these commands.  Can anyone supply the relevant information?
