#N:uokvax:3900026:000:859 uokvax!jab Apr 28 01:37:00 1984 I just saw a sneak preview for "Bachelor Party". "Bachelor Party" is quite a movie. It's so busy having something for everyone (good T&A scenes for the guys, a scene at Chippendale's for the ladies, a mule for the perverted, drugs [and booze] for everyone else) that it doesn't really accomplish anything. Basically, Tom Hanks plays this "loser" (in the sense that Pinto of "Animal House" (and earlier) is a loser) who is engaged to a upper class women with the obligatory stuffy parents and preppy ex-boyfriend. (Of course, the ex-boyfriend wants to break up the engagement.) It's sorta like "Animal House goes to a Bachelor's Party" except that the Deltas forget the date and miss the party. If you want pretty pictures, wait for the $.75 matinee and see this then. (As bad as it was, it's miles ahead of "Porky's", believe me!) Jeff Bowles Lisle, IL
