I realize that many of the contributors to this net are not fond of Appleworks but in this case I think it may fill the bill for a multi-column capability. Not by itself but in conjunction with the Beagle Bros. program Macro-works. That program offers a GALLEY that allows multi-column printing of any word processor file. It does not provide for saving them to disk, however. The macro support is pretty good but not as good as Auto-works by Glen Bredon. Auto-works permits easier updating of macros and is all around more powerful and flexible in that area but Macro-works is the only multi-column capabable package I've seen. Eric S.
