LYMAN@IASSNS.BITNET (01/22/87)
I would like a kermit which will talk to my Hayes Micromodem II (110/300 baud internal, slot 2 on a II+, smaller than a breadbox) Ultimately I will be buying a Super Serial Board, and a modem but in the meantime this is what I have. Any kermits out there know about this? Please send mail address (the US mail type) and/or phone #. I have had some replies stymied by the total lack of intelligence of the mail program i am using, and thus been unable to reply. Name@site.arpa or site.bitnet (preferable ) i can deal with, but as soon as you get to % signs or more than one UUCP host, my program groans and dies. To get in touch with me, I can be reached at: Lyman hurd 11 Tupelo Row Princeton NJ 08540 (home) (609) 921-7658 (with machine) or 507 Fine Hall Princeton University Princeton NJ 08544 I suspect that the University is less likely to consider diskettes foldable. I have XMODEM capability, in theory, I've never tried it, so I would also be game to trying to download a program that way. I am not particular about DOS 3.3/Pascal/ProDos, although Pascal is preferred. Thanks in advance, Lyman
