[comp.sys.apple] Tech Intro

Addison Wesley has already started shipping the Tech
Intro.  Retail price $ 9.95.  APDA has the Toolbox Reference
volumes and the ProDOS 16 Ref Manual on backorder and are looking
to ship within about two weeks.  Cost is $80 for the
Toolbox Refs and about $16 for the ProDOS 16 Ref.

PS - Apple just updated ProDOS 16 and 8.  The new version
of 8 is 1.3 and 16 is 1.1.  They now include the System
Loader V1.1.  The files are mostly dated December 2, but
I don't yet know what the differences are...
