A program which performs the Basic -> Pascal transfer appears in Call-A-A.P.P.L.E IN depth Numberr two all about pascal. The program name is Puffin and is written in pascal. Also available is the Univeral Doc Converter (UDC) from Quality Software.
These are the same folks who wrote "Beneath Apple DOS" and "Beneath Apple
ProDOS". The program was pretty inexpensive, as I recall, and you can
order the source for an extra $10.
It converts files from CP/M, Pascal, DOS 3.3, and ProDOS, to any other
system. It's been invaluable to me, since I develop in Turbo Pascal
and Apple Pascal.
