Recent notices have hinted at a Prodos Version of Kermit Under development. Columbia has not received a copy yet so if any one knows anything more about a Prodos version or an 80column version will they please let know or get a copy to Columbia.

I took the copy of Kermit I had and converted the thing for use with Prodos op system. This is not to say that thee are no problems there, but to date (with about 20 hrs of operation) I have had no hassles. I also converted the VT100 pgm to Prodos. There were no real conversion problems except to limit the file names to prodos acceptable length not only on the titles, but also as well as the program lines. All mods were in basic (text) and were up and running on an Apple ][e with a 65c02 chip and Super Serial card interfaces inside of 1 hour of total time. ( I am no professional programmer and most here are assuredly more competent than I) Try it! Look Ma Orvile's up in the air! Wes Williams
