[comp.sys.apple] not to happy with APDA

Up until now I had only good things to say about APDA, then I tried ordering 
from them. First I ordered some //GS stuff specifying that it be sent UPS
blue label (2nd day service) - a premium charge for this. A week later, I 
called to find out where my order was, a couple of days later they found my
order. Customer service assured me that all but one item would ship that day,
and I would recieve it in 3 to 4 days (still ordered 2nd day service).
Anyway, when I finally got my order, it was 2 items short. UGGGHHH!! The
most important thing of course, the APW wasn't there. Needless to say, I'm
not to happy, and can hardly wait till Customer service opens up at 9 PST.
Boy will they get an ear full. The moral of the story is, if you're planning
on ordering from APDA don't expect everything all at once, and you may
have to push them to get it at all.
