If you'd like to gt Kermit for almost any machine, send a line-command to KERMSRV@CUVMA.BITNET saying: TELL KERMSRV@CUVMA HELP or the JNET (or whatever) has similar commands. This will send you a file with lots of information about getting kermit. There are lots of other help files available there to help you. I think I saw one for the Apple /// last night when I was looking for my Rainbow (and Apple II)...

I have not seen an Apple /// Kermit in Columbia's list of available versions. Someone in Europe was reportedly working on one, but I have yet to see it be submitted. You can, however, send SOS files using an Apple II and the ProDOS version of Kermit - it reads SOS files in the same way it does ProDOS files. The only other thing you could do (assuming you did not have one of Titan's ///+//e boards installed) would be to convert the SOS files to DOS 3.3 and try the DOS version of Kermit on the /// under ][+ emulation...
