[comp.sys.apple] Migrate Apple IIe file to IBM PC Format

I am trying to find out what options are available to migrate a file
from an Apple IIe to an IBM PC Clone.  

I am aware of the following approaches:

1.  Null modem
2.  Hardware Disk controller to allow access to the other format
3.  Data copying service
