I know this is nit picky, but...
The IIe does not really switch in "2 banks of 64k each".  Actually it switches
it in chunks, like you can switch in the top 16k alone, the zero page alone,
etc.  I have a book that describes how the memory is mapped and switched.  It
is put out by Howard Sams Publishing and I think it's called "Apple Program-
mer's Guide".  Great book.
