[comp.sys.apple] Printing from Music Construction Set?

  Does anyone know how to get Music Construction Set to print the music
  bars out on a printer?  I know you have to give it some special code,
  but I haven't been able to figure it out.  I am using a Panasonic KX-P1090,
  which is Epson Compatible, and for the Parallel interface I am using
  a PKASO/U.   Any help at all is greatly appreciated!
