Got wordperfect to admit there is a problem, cause not completely known. Workaround is roughly to make sure you only work on one file at a time before rebooting; I'm going to call them back to see exactly what they've learned works. Problem seems to be that wordperfect and/or prodos16 mixes up "virtual files" after the first document edited. What I'm trying to figure out is how to bill them for the lost time in reconstructing lost work... Promises of quick fix. What's annoying is that the person I talked to yesterday claimed no knowledge of any problems; today was different (different person.)
